Lady of Grace Aged Care is owned, governed and managed by Lady of Grace Fraternity-an Italian, catholic, not-for-profit, registered charity.
The health care personnel: doctors, pharmacists, nurses, religious, administrators and volunteers accept the call to be guardians and servants of human life
To care for the elderly by sharing with God his love of man from conception to his natural death. To provide the highest standard of care to residents in an efficient and professional manner, whilst creating a family type environment. To make the residents the number one priority.
Our Lady of Grace
Operating for over 20 years, Lady of Grace Aged care is a small, boutique home offering individualised care and services. The home overlooks five acres of beautiful natural parkland in Dural. With a third of our residents from an Italian background, we have focused on a European theme in the recent refurbishment of the upper level, creating a welcoming and warm ambience.
I have been a resident at Lady of Grace for over a decade and during this time the nursing staff and management have been wonderful. Every effort was made to settle me in, make me comfortable and above all active again. They succeeded and I now participate and enjoy myself in the activities and events at Lady of Grace. My special needs have always been attended to. The meals at Lady of Grace are beautifully cooked and presented. My food preferences and diet are always catered for by the kitchen staff.
The staff are on the whole most accommodating in taking care of my needs. They made me feel welcome and at ease in the facility. The meals are delicious, being nutritious and appetising of excellent variety. Overall the care and meals are far superior to other facilities I have experienced
Thank you so very much for looking after Mum, Joy, these last few months. I was so happy she liked being here + felt secure + looked after. Your home is the best that I know.

To all the wonderful staff at Lady of Grace, Thank you so much for your kindness, compassion and care for my beautiful grandmother – Margaret Redhead. We will always remember with fondness and gratitude your ability to know every resident and their individual needs and to help maintain hope, dignity and laughter everyday. I have never met a better team of nurses.Thank you.
Thank you all so very much for all the wonderful care and support that you provided for our dear mother during her six and a half years with you. We always felt that she was being well looked after and in safe, caring hands.
Thank you also for your compassion and support during her last few days and at the time of her passing, not just for Mum, but also for us. We really appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness.
To all staff, Our sincere thanks and gratitude for the way you all took care of my mum over the last 3.5 years. You all treated our mum like your own mum for which we are very grateful. The last few days at Lady of Grace were hard for us to bear but you all stretched out your hands and comforted us. God Bless you all.
Your care for Sheila was gracious, endlessly giving and loving in ways beyond our expectations. We can’t thank you enough for the beauty you brought to her days and the peace you have given us as a family.
