About Lady of Grace
Lady of Grace Aged Care is owned and managed by Lady of Grace Fraternity since 1995. Lady of Grace Fraternity is an Italian, Catholic, charitable not-for-profit registered charity. Prior to 1995, our facility was known as Castle Hill Nursing Home.
We maintain a high, stable staffing ratio. We ensure that at least one Registered Nurse is on duty at all times to guide staff, perform nursing procedures and manage emergency situations. We strive to work as a team and ensure that the residents are always attended by familiar faces, so that they feel comfortable and safe. We have a great diversity of staff who speak other languages. This is a great benefit for elderly people who have migrated to Australia years ago, and may have forgotten English.
Our facility is situated on beautiful grounds, with spacious car park and disabled access. We are surrounded by beautiful gardens and provide a home like environment to our residents and ease the transition process for the new residents and their families. Our visiting hours are not set to specific times and relatives and friends are encouraged to visit during daytime or afternoon.
We adhere to our philosophy and mission statement to highly value and respect human life. We strive to provide high level of hospitality, maintain resident lifestyle and providing holistic delivery of service.
We are a high care facility with approved extra services places. We have been accredited by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency and have been found compliant with the 44 expected outcomes as set out in the Quality of Care Principles 1997
